2. Description of Service

HorseShowStream is a streaming platform that offers:

• Live broadcasts of horse racing and equestrian events
• Library of recorded videos
• Expert analysis and commentary
• Exclusive content for subscribers

3. Registration and Account

3.1. To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities performed on your account.

3.3. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3.4. Sharing access credentials with third parties is prohibited.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1. We offer different subscription plans with automatic renewal.

4.2. Prices may be changed with 30 days prior notice.

4.3. Cancellation can be done at any time. You will retain access until the end of the paid period.

4.4. We offer a 7-day refund guarantee for new subscribers.

4.5. There is no proportional refund for cancellations after the guarantee period.

5. Return Policy

5.1. Guarantee period (7 days): If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 7 days after subscribing, you can request a full refund of the amount paid. To do so, contact us by email at support@horseshowstream.com or phone +5591976104312.

5.2. Subscription cancellation: After the guarantee period, you can cancel at any time. Access will remain active until the end of the current paid period. There is no proportional refund for the period in progress.

5.3. How to request: Send an email to support@horseshowstream.com with the subject "Subscription cancellation" stating your full name and registered email. The refund will be processed within 7 business days.

5.4. Exceptions: Amounts spent on downloading content for offline use (available only on the Annual plan) or processing costs are not refundable.

6. Acceptable Use

By using our platform, you agree not to:

• Copy, distribute or reproduce any content without authorization
• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to access restricted areas or unauthorized systems
• Use automated tools to access content
• Share your account with other people
• Record or capture broadcasts

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All content available on the platform, including videos, graphics, logos and texts, is protected by copyright.

7.2. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to view the content for personal and non-commercial use.

7.3. Reproduction, distribution or modification of content without prior written authorization is expressly prohibited.

8. Service Availability

8.1. We strive to keep the service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8.2. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates or unforeseen circumstances.

8.3. Live broadcast schedules are subject to change without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

9.2. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

9.3. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

10.1. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or through a prominent notice on the site. Continued use after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the district of São Paulo, SP.
